General Terms and Conditions of Business

By using the services of the www.mytransfer.at internet offer, the user accepts these terms and conditions of use/general terms and conditions of business.

1.) The operator of the internet offer www.mytransfer.at is MyTransfer Shuttle Service GmbH, Bundesstr. 17, A-6842 Koblach.
2.) A transport contract is brought about by placing an order with MyTransfer Shuttle Service GmbH which is subsequently confirmed by the latter. The order can be made in writing, by telephone, fax or email or online. In each case, the scope of performance and the transport price shall be governed by the prevailing price list. Passengers shall in principle only have a right to be transported at the agreed time. Please ensure when booking that the details provided by you regarding departure and/or arrival times correspond with the relevant details on your flight ticket and on the transfer confirmation. We shall not be liable for the consequences of incorrect information provided by you!
3.) Please inform us immediately, in the event of changes to your departure/arrival times. Passengers are obliged to notify changes in reservations, which occur after an order has been placed, in writing or by telephone. If we are not notified, the duty to transport you shall be extinguished.
4.) Loacker Tours GmbH shall not accept any liability for unscheduled events in air traffic. In such cases, the party causing the damage is to be held liable. If you are more than 45 minutes late (after your scheduled landing time), Loacker Tours GmbH shall be entitled to withdraw from the transport contract. It is, however, possible for our driver to wait for delayed passengers.
5.) Reservation periods. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours prior to setting out on your journey. We will, however, gladly allocate any remaining free seats to you in the case of reservations made at short notice.
6.) There is no fundamental obligation on us to accept orders to transport passengers. In each case, the scope of performance and the transport price shall be governed by the prevailing price list. Passengers shall only have a right to be transported at the agreed time. The customer undertakes to notify the head office of Loacker Tours GmbH in Koblach immediately in writing of any complaints regarding the service, but at the latest 1 week after the end of the journey made in connection with the service provided.
7.) Warranty: Loacker Tours GmbH shall be liable within the framework of the duty of care of a prudent businessman for making conscientious preparations for the agreed journeys, and for the proper provision of the contractually agreed travel service. We cannot be held liable for the consequences of delays on our part resulting from traffic jams and congestion.
8.) We shall not be liable for the consequences of delays resulting from traffic jams and congestion or an act of God! Liability for the consequences of delays as a result of slight negligence is excluded.
9.) Cancellations/changes in reservations: Both parties to the contract have a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Cancellation in the case of transfers:
up to 10 days before departure: free
from 9 to 4 days before departure: 50%
3 days or less before departure: 100%

Changes in reservations up to 10 days before departure are free of charge ? and EUR 7.00 if made 9 days or less before departure
10.) Loacker Tours shall not be held liable for excess luggage concerning taxi transfers. Taxis are suited for a maximum of 4 travelling persons with 1 piece of luggage each. This, though, does not include ski equipment for which the taxis are equipped additionally. 3 travellers or less pose less a threat, but on a general note: taxis are common passenger cars with continentally common capacities, so we shall not be held responsible should not everything fit in the car.
